Hardee's

Hi my name is Jim, I go to hardee's all of the time. Today march 17, was the worst experience I ever had. I ordered a big country breakfast meal, I get to the window they have two coffee for me one small one large cost 2.11 that's not I ordered they told me that they didn't understand really.!!!
I was upset with them so I go back through and order the same thing a big country platter 3.38 , the potato hash rounds were cold the eggs tasted like rubber the sausage patty had to much grease in it had to use 4 napkin to get it grease free !!!!. Also on both messed up orders they didn't give me a receipt . I'm really disappointed in hardee'
